Do You Ship From Local Warehouses in the USA and Europe?
Yes. We operate local warehouses in both the United States and Europe. Most electric scooters are shipped directly from the nearest warehouse to reduce delivery times and avoid long international transit delays.
How Fast Can My Order Be Delivered?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days. For most locations in the United States and Europe, delivery is completed within 5–7 business days.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Most products qualify for free shipping within our supported warehouse regions. Any shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Warranty & Returns
How Long Is the Warranty Period?
Frame, Motor, Controller, Battery Pack, and Charger are covered for 12 months. The Brake System is covered for 6 months, and consumable parts (tires, brake pads) for 1 month.
Is the Battery Covered Under Warranty?
Yes, the battery pack is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding water damage, unauthorized modifications, or physical impact).
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper repairs.
Can I Return My Scooter?
Yes. You may request a return within 7 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
For confirmed quality issues, we will provide a solution. For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our local warehouse.

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If damaged, take photos of the packaging and product, and contact our support team within 48 hours with your order number.
